The Good Neighbours Network is a volunteer organisation that is all about people helping people.
We have been offering acts of kindness in our communities for over 40 years and with over 120 groups across Hampshire there should be a Good Neighbours group somewhere near you.
All of the groups in the Network are supported by the Network Hub which offers guidance, on-line training and expertise on how to set up and run a safe and effective group.
Our groups are always on the look out for new volunteers happy to join in on neighbourly acts from driving and befriending (probably the most often required help) to dog walking, gardening and office skills which are always very welcome, whatever your talents and time available I am sure a Good Neighbours Group can put it to good use.
We are currently expanding the Network in Portsmouth and need your help to explore potential new groups in Paulsgrove, Old Portsmouth and Fratton. If you live or work in any of these areas and think you have the time to be involved in helping form and support a people-focused, community group please get in touch with our Network Advisers on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 023 9289 9671.
